Frequently Asked Question
1) Open Elektra. Uunder User Management, select User Creation.
2) Click the "New User" button to open a new User Creation window.
3)Here you can enter the User's details here. Remember to select your company from the Company dropdown list.
The Username field is locked and will be auto-filled by the Email field. The Username is used to log in to the website.
4) Below you can choose from a list of applications that this user needs access to.
Check the box next to the application the user should have access to and click the "Save" button.
Some applications will display an Edit button after saving. These applications require extra configuration by hitting the Edit button. How to configure specific applications will be discussed in their own topic.
