Why is my file not uploading? Error Message: "Maximum request length exceeded."

The file upload size limit for CareWare is 16 MB. Please check the size of the file that you are uploading. If it is in excess of 16 MB, we recommend either:
1. Minimizing the file size by deleting any unnecessary information or
2. Splitting the file into two smaller files and uploading each, with a File Name similar to "FILENAME_file1" and "FILENAME_file2."
