How does the Duplicate Icon for the RFA Intake work

The system will place the "Duplicate" icon on the top right corner inside the blue ribbon to indicate a potential duplicate of a previous RFA. The system looks at these three criteria and all 3 must match:
1. EDI Source Code/MailWare Source
2. Claim Number
3. Provider Treatment Request Date
